In celebration of the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics, Laurea presents a limited-time three-course prix fixe menu inspired by the flavors and traditions of Northern Italy.
Available February 6–21, this special menu highlights classic Milanese dishes—from comforting antipasti to elegant main courses and traditional desserts—thoughtfully prepared to reflect the region’s culinary heritage.
Guests may begin with selections such as pumpkin bisque with white truffle or crispy mondeghili, followed by signature entrées including veal ossobuco with risotto alla Milanese, handmade spinach tortellini, or fish prepared alla Milanese. The experience concludes with classic Italian desserts like tiramisu or panettone budino.
